Are you guys experiencing a slow loading of the forums over the past 3 days or so? Sometimes I have to click on Refresh to have the page loaded. I'm not sure if it's just me or the route between web server and my locale or what.

well, its smooth, but sometimes it wont load that quick, atleast, the messages will load 1 for 1, and it takes a while before the last things like jump to apear....but its not that I have a white screen waiting for the bar to load.

It was like that for me a few weeks back, where the site would take forever to load, but its been good the last few days and I haven't been having problems.

It's really weird. It's intermittent for me. Sometimes it's fast. Sometimes it's slow. There's no clear pattern.
Our provider have checked the backend server and database. Nothing unusual.

I havent noticed anything. It's very fast for me. Do a tracetroute next time you notice it. Might be a routing issue like you mentioned.
I will say this though, after watching some videos from certain sites (not excatly sure which ones), FireFox dies on me. It stops responding to clicks but it dies it doesnt slow down. I actually have to close FF then go in and kill the process that remains (even though I closed all FF windows).

the only problem that i have noticed is that when using the disturbed skin it never loads the WIH banner nor loads the HOME USER CP and all those other tabs at the top of the page. But it loads after i click on somthing like the forums tab. But it doesnt bother me>

That's something completely separate from this issue Haven. We'll address that later.

OK then, Well other than that i have no slow downtimes. The problem i think some peeple are having is Due to the way it was routed through the network. Im preety sure it is not the back end because everyone would have a problem with the website.

Everything's cruising fast for me again. I did remove the newsfeeds though. I wonder if that was what's causing the problems as it was accessing the MySQL database on a regular basis...
