View Full Version : BF2 #1 server maintenance

Due to the recent complaints of lag and stuttering on the server, we will be performing some maintenance on it. Over the next day or two, we will be doing a full re-install of the BF2 server and then reconfiguring it. This will be done simultaneously with the online instance. Once the new install is ready, then we'll shut down the old instance and bring the new instance online.

Does this mean that it'll take a few days for the server's rank to kick in again? I mean for our stats to count as ranked?

I just want to get my last 2 unlocks, then I could care less about my stats prolly.

Especially that new sniper rifle :yaya:

people play bf2 for stats and unlocks???

thats where i was going wrong all this time..... i was playing for fun....

The server will be re-installed tonite. Expect it to be down between 8-9P CST. Once it comes up, it might not have the correct mapcycle. This will require me to reset the settings.

is everything back to normal? or is it just running. bc operation clean sweep was the beginning map when I played today. and it was a 16 player map. mutinity was enabled...
