The recent web site access problems was unacceptable to us. After the host said they'd fixed the problem, we continued to experience the problem, albeit not at the same severity or frequency. Still, it was unacceptable to us. We had no choice but to move to a different web host.

The move was fast and seamless. I believe only 1 or 2 posts were lost during this move. They were lost bc I had made a backup of the site and then while I was moving it, those posts were made.

For the next couple of days, you will have to use the IP address (http://70.85.236.34/~wihadmin) to access the site. This is bc our domain name is currently being re-registered with new DNS information. It is being propagated around the world as we speak. It should be ready in a couple of days. Then we'll be back using the warishellgaming.com URL.

AFAIK, the domain propagation will take 48 hours. The old forums have been turned off, so I'm not sure how you can be posting new stuff or accessing the forums there. Unless the DNS info has already been propagated over to you and you're actually accessing this site via warishellgaming.com.

The reason why it isn't working is bc I had turned on hotlink protection, but forgot to add the temporary IP and the gator domain name in the exception list. So the system was blocking the jpg and gif displays. I've fixed the icons, emoticons, avatars, etc...

For whatever reason the code on the page that you had up was pointing to the old webhost. The other site won't accept a POST command. That's why you got that error.

Just out of curiosity, are you using the default forum skin or something else?

Thanks for that important piece of info. I believe I've fixed it. This is all a manifestation of the fact that our warishellgaming.com domain hasn't fully migrated yet. Once it does, then I'l revert these fixes.

It looks like the warishellgaming.com DNS information is being propagated around the world. So try out warishellgaming.com URL and see if it's directing you here or to the old locked site.

I've changed back all the little fixes that I put in yesterday to make the site work. In another 24 hours, all these little glitches and POST errors will disappear as our URL DNS info completes making its world tour.

Thanks fellas! Looks like only a few places haven't gotten the DNS change yet. My workplace being one of them! :) So I have to RDC to our gamer server and surf to the WiH site from there. :)
