Banned from #1

Ok this is interesting that I'm banned from #1 for baseraping and lying. I got two things to say, I never baseraped and if someone thinks I did I'd like them to prove it. And secondly the lying is a matter of miscommunication, and not being able to comprehend correctly what someones saying to you on TS because bombs and artys falling on your head(which I like to add its hard to baserape when your sitting on the ground sniping people and bombs/arty is falling on your head). So please can I get some anwsers.

We (Snake, Crotch, Drayu, Ichi) received a report in TS that a player by the name of NOG WingCommando is dropping bombs on uncap base. Since we only knew of 1 WingCommando in the community and since you were in TS, we brought you into the Admin channel and said that there is a report that NOG WingCommando is base raping. We asked if NOG WingCommando was you. You said no it's not you. Drayu ran a CD-key look up and it mapped to you. Frankly we don't appreciate being lied to. You are banned from server #1.

I wasn't lying, I just misunderstood what you were trying to say to me. I thought you guys were asking me if I was in OG, thats why I said "I've been offered, but no". This is a matter of misunderstanding, not lying. I just want to know why it deserves a ban.

I never BASERAPED, and I think you have to prove that I baseraped before a ban. I follow the rules, I'm respectable, and I rarely complain about baseraping, all I want to do is get on play with a couple buddies and have fun.

I was banned before and I learned my lesson, now I know all the rules I follow them. And for the last time I wasn't lying, I misunderstood what I was getting asked. And whats with the clay thing, all I said is Hi, its been a while buddy.

I don't really play #1 anymore sense all the OGs/w33ts play on #2, but this is a matter of pride. I've taken a lot of crap in my life and didn't do anything. Thats probably because I show respect to most people, but the one thing I don't take and probably over react a little bit is when I get blamed for crap I didn't do. I won't admit to anything I didn't do, and coming from a law perspective. You guys don't have sufficient evidence to convict me of what I'm being banned for. This whole event lasted about 5 minutes(the entire time I was on the server). So if you guys want me to take you through the whole event I will. I'm not trying to be a pain, all I want to do is clear my name.

but baseraping IS a bannable offence.

So heres the story, me and some (FR) guys were playing on the server 1. the map was gulf of oman. steven was our SL and ofcourse he was waiting for a jet to spawn. so I spawned on him. and BOOM, we got baseraped by a dude. there were some other ppl making passes. I reported them to the admins. it was one big mess at the MEC airfield.

I decided to keep an eye out and stay on the airrfield. after some time there was a jet coming down and dropped boms, the bombs missed the airstrip but hit a car back in the hills. I tried to get the name off the guy but all I could see was the tag =NoG=. So I kept looking and then I got baseraped by a player called: =NoG= wingcommando.

the name reminded me of you, but I thought that can't be true. didn't the wingcomm from our forums play under the name: wingcommander :dunno:
So I told the admins in the TS channel about the baserape and told the name. telling them about the tag and me not being sure it was wingcomm from the forums or a random pubber.

but they knew better and when wingcommando came in TS they talked to him. if he had a =Nog= tag as wihadmin told above.

wingcommando got banned. bc off lying and offcourse the baseraping.

after a while I got into the same channel and talked about it with wingcommando. telling the same story I did here. he didn't want to know and left.

well jeah, that's it. I don't get it wingcomm. you seem like a nice guy and player. but you **** it up with that baserape. and why are you still denying it. if I didn't saw you doing it, how could I have came up with the tag =NoG= IMO you have alot to think about.

You know what kip my respect for you has hit the limit, ok I'll tell my side of the story. I get into server #1 we got all the bases except maybe one, so I decided to spawn at the construction site and walk to the MEC airfield with my AT kit. While on my way there I'm looking at the Chat and its complaint after complaint about this guy Mafiab baseraping repeatetly. I get there and witness one of his baserapes he took out both jets so I'm sitting there proped up in a spot ready to take out one of the jets. But I look at the map and I witness the commander dropping arty on the Airfield. Arty kills everyone waiting for jets so I get up run into the airfield trying to get in one of the jets. But I was hesitated a little to long, when I almost got to one of the jets Kipp shot me with his G36E. Thats how I'm figuring he got my name, but by my understanding thats not baseraping.

So after that I decided to grab a sniper rifle and have some fun. I was walking around covering the bases are team was attacking, and just before the round ended I get banned for baseraping. And kipp I got two words for you, PROVE IT, because it never happened.:thumbsup:

but still, I can get stevennevets to back me up, he was there too. thought he also stated a guy named =NoG= wingcommando baseraped.

unfortunnally I'm not at home right now. will be tommorrow and I will post a pic off your first bomb run on the car in the hills.

I think Kipp has enough experience to the diff between you killing someone BR'ing and him killing you with his weapon. Get real!!!

This is a privately owned commuity and server, we dont have to prove sh1t. And on top of that, the lying is enough to permaban your arse. We dont even need the BR violation!

I have to confess that I doubt I would have reporded you when I had known it really was you.....This is the damn problem with this rule! You guys think of it as your personnal protection system so you can keep whoring the aircraft! If it's some pubber that does it, no problem, just go whine to the admin and get him kicked off the server. Problem solved. If it's one of your buddies you over look it!
Before this you pilots whined about griefers. "He's griefing meeeee!" Never mind the guy was waiting forever for the plane after you whored it. Now it's his turn but somehow you guys aways manage to cut in the front of the line!

Dont get me wrong, if we have ppl violating the rules we want to know about it. But you guys take it to a whole other level. Clearly, based on Kipps statement, you guys abuse it.

I'm not trying to drag this on, but I won't be blamed for things I never committed. I know for certain there was a baseraper but if kipp got the pics of him baseraping(His name started with Mafia or something), then it should clear my name, because I was never in a plane the whole time I was on the server. And would you please believe me that I wasn't trying to lie, I just didn't hear you correctly.
