So I learned earlier today that someone that I knew was killed in a car accident on monday the 10th. He was leaving a friend of his and mines house and was travelling along when for some reason he served to the right and then his truck did a 180 and was travelling in the other direction when his truck rolled into the ditch and ejected him from the cab of the truck. He flew and skidded so far and hard that his entire back was ripped from him and ended up around his head. He lost so much blood that oxygen was no longer traveling to his brain that when they finally got oxygen to it, he was brain dead. So they haven't really cut off life support to him yet because he is a donor but within the next few hours, unless it hasn't happened already they will.
The real f*cked up thing is that another really good friend of mine was in a car accident last friday. His Uncle was drunk and wanted to see what my friends truck had. Apparently it was too much for him and he rolled the truck. My friend was ejected from the truck, but for some reason he never got a scratch on him. He was lucky, my other friend was not.
So tomorrow I have to pick up my brother from Salt Lake City airport so he can come back and go to the funeral and be with his friends. This trip has me kinda scared because of the events of the last few days. I have never been scared of driving in my life, but for some reason this trip scares me.
Ok, so I'm drunk so this might have something to do with it, but who knows. It still scares me half to death.

That sucks man. My sympathies
Remember you cant live your life afraid of dieing. We are all unfortunatelly gonna die sooner or later so we cant stress it to much. Just dont drink and drive or play russian roulette.
(Plz dont correct my spelling cuz I dont really care)

The thing is, I think most of us would like the death to come later. Normally im not scared of anything happening... Only on plane because the moments before you die seem like they would be sheer terror.
Sorry for your loss

Wibby, im very sorry to hear that. It sounds like a very gruesome event. It is perfectly understandable to be a little scared to drive now. So for a little while take it easy, stay calm when you drive and you will eventually regain confidence. Again that is terrible news amd im sorry it had to happen. Over christmas break this kid i knew got into a car accident and got himself killed. He opened his car up on an empty hilly road and lost control. I didnt know him too well, but you better believe I slow the hell down on that road....

I am very sorry for everybody who knew your friend :( I don't have any clever things to say to make you feel better. I hope you can fight through the grief and come out the other side okay.

Sorry to hear that bro.
I know I was afraid of driving for a little bit after a big accident I got into, but it passes and you soon regain stability while behind the wheel.

dude I no how you feel. 1 month ago a friend of mine, who Ive known since elementary school, died in a car crash. I didnt hear about it until 1 day before the funeral. I was shocked when I heard it, cuz this kid was smart as hell. he was working on deises and cures for them over seas and the gas peddal got the best of him. his family creamted wat was left of him and spread it across india (thats were he was from). 2 weeks later a kid I knew before he graduated died in a crash when his truck got t-boned by a bmw driven by kids ive known since middle school.
ish happens, and the best thing to do is not to dwell on them or let it dictate your decisions.
Im sorry that had to happen to you, hopefully people will start relizing that the worst way to get killed, is by a machine that humans created to make life easier...

Wow embrace death. just hope its not a slow and painful one. Id take a quick and clean death.
Speaking of car accidents, my Colombian friend saved my life.
How so?
Driving late at nite from a movie and then two racers are 2 miles ahead playing god on the road. well semi vs. black mustang = PWNAGE to mustang. Amusing as that was, the other car hit the divider on the freeway , but the ..mustang was spinning at us on the freeway. Oddly enough we were dicking around (not like that) but she managed to react quite quickly to that and so it felt like it was slo mo or something but I saw the mustang just slowly sping by me. And then into the rest of traffic.
Stupid racer hope they are dead, deserve it they do.
Yes I know you would all miss me if i did die.
*thought* oh yeah i gotta pay her back tenfold for saving my
life. :hump:

He wasn't wearing a seat belt, so it probably could have been avoided if he had been.
