I need some strange advice. I am fighting a female in the car....anyone know some tips on where I could hit her? All I am doing is jabbing at her kidneys and poking and pinching (undisclosed) elsewhere.

Strike her in the throat. Then repeatedly bang her head into the dash, after that, take your index finger and middle finger, and jam it as hard as you can into her armpit. Pain will follow.
