Yep, screwed over by EA yet again.

I bought the 1942 Complete Collection, and EA managed to screw up yet again. This time they've misprinted all the CD keys for my games.

I have a key for 1942 that I can't input because it has letters in it and my BF:V key is invalid. Should I just bring it back to the store or should I email EA? Which is faster?

Exchange it at the store you bought it. The most likely will not allow a return.

I might not have to. I think someone jumbled the text for which game belongs to which key. So I just have to figure out which key belongs to which game.

Do both. Return it, and email them demanding they pay you the shelving fee that you'll probably have to pay.

You shouldn't have to pay a thing for a defective unit. They will just exchange it for a new one.
