Not that we promote underage drinking here at WiH, but for those of you who are over 21, can we have a POE nite next week where every time you die, you take another sip of wine, beer, sake, whatever your spirit maybe? If that doesn't help you enjoy the games, then you have problems!

First time I've come into this forum and I find a thread about drinkin, nottiin better!!

Stupid questioni so hit me with the stupid stick, where do i go to get POE, and I'll be present for this event to speak of.

Yeah, something like this would be Fri or Sat nites. Not this Fri nite though. I have to admin the CSS final. I don't want to be drunk for that otherwise, the player might find themselves being slayed over and over while listening to me laugh in TS.

beer i think, probably some shiner bock. cheap but good.

i brought back some british navy rum made in/from tortolla, bvi. might have to use that for the shots.

i can see now people hiding after a string of deaths so they can take a shot breather..... this is going to be a funny event.

this might be sound dumb, but i have been known to have t-shirts made for lesser events. i think i just need a commitment of 10 for reasonably priced shirts. let me know if this even sounds like something you guys would be interested in.

O.K. I think there may have to be a rule for this light weight. I rarely drink and I have a tendency to get killed a lot. This adds up to Knottwobad passed out at his keyboard in 5 minutes. :hehehe:

what, you connecticutans dont have shiner, get a rope. hehe. yeah, its the best beer to come out of this part of the country in a while...and its not cheap cheap, just not guiness expensive.

a 6 pack runs 8-9 bucks here. guiness is only good out of a tap anyway, all the rest is doing their best to mimic a draught beer

also it looks like our poe server is not up.

I tryed to special order Shiner Bock, but the closest thing I could get was LoneStar (still good, but not like shiner). I have a freind from San Antonio, and we took a trip out to Shiner, TX one day. Umm good day....

uggg Lone Star is not even close to Shiner IMHO.

I like Shiner alot, but I still haven't been to the brewery and its not to far away. :wallbash:

whole heartly agree on all aspect of Fozzy's observations. Damn the women in Texas are fine....(ok most of them....)

by the way, sham sham on you fozzy for not visting the brewery! Its a great experence for the whole family...

And thanks Papasan for reminding me of a great beer, which now I crave, and there is nothing I can do to satsify that craving... damn you :x :wallbash:

That really was a great time, even if I was only on for two hours! The joy of destroying tanks with the frogfoot was so nice! Just so well balanced! I coudl tank out a tank easily with my canons, but if I wasn't careful, that damn avenger took me down no probs!
