I was picking up my brother, Nutz72 from LAX on Sat morning. We stopped at Gladstones on the beach in Malibu for brunch. When we were almost done eating I glanced over, and who do I see in the next isle over?
It's no other than Baywatch/Knight Rider/Euro-pop star David Hasselhof!!!
He was having brunch with a couple of ladies, I'm guessing his family. He dressed in a nice casual tan pants and tan sports jacket. Since we were done, we went out to the valet to get my car. DH comes strolling out with the ladies in tow. So i went over to him to say hello. I was like, "Hey Mr. Hasselhof. I like your shows!" Stuck my hand out and shook his hand. He said thanks and smiled. That was about it. I didn't make any cheesy comments about being a big fan or ask him about shows and stuff. Just a simple greeting.
He's really tall. I'm 5'8 and I come up to about his chest. He looks just like he does on TV. Kinda odd to to think that he's so big in Europe and I just ran into him at brunch.
Anyways, it was cool to meet a celebrity and I had to share the experience with you guys.

My wife was all giddy about it. She couldn't believe that it was actually DH sitting there having brunch. :)

some places won't let you direct link into their images in order to cut down on bandwidth usage.
If that's the case, you'll have to save the pic and then upload them to imageshack. There's a post I made in the Tech forum with step by step on how to post on imageshack.

Back in October my Dad took me to the Steelers/Chargers game. It was a Monday night game, and the next morning I had to fly back home. There was a big mix up the night before with my flight so I had to reschedule it (big mess). Anywho, so I had to fly out very early like 6am. I went to McDonald's at the airport to grab something before I left. I'm 1/2 way done my meal and I looked up and in line was Jerome Bettis. Man did I flip out (internally). I finished my food as fast as I could and went up to him and offered to pay for his meal. He was VERY nice to anyone who came up to him and I was lucky enough to get a picture with him. :)

It was an "in". So when I did ask for a photo he hopefully wouldn't refuse. It's not like it was a steak dinner or anything. lol

Hasselhof? That's nothing, I once spent the night at the neverland ranch, oh wait.... I'd rather not talk about that one.
