Pushing while waiting for armor respawn

First of all I enjoy playing in this and your BF SF servers just about dont play on any other and as most of you guys who have ever played with me know that I am a team player, no intentional tk's etc. But tonight I was playing when undoubtably one of your admins was playing and I was waiting on a tank repawn whe he respawned and kept pushing me out of the way with his body then jumped in the tank. To me that is the same thing as stealing it when you are repairing it so I did tk him two wrongs don't make a right I know but then he kicks me like his offense was not as bad as mine. I think the pushing peeps out of the way to get armor. helo etc. needs to be addressed it seems to be happening a lot more lately. And when one of your admins does it it's even worse. I waited on the respawn was their first wasn't trying to race him to it etc. he undoubtably was dead respawned ran to me tried to bump me out of the way and got it. But who punishes him for his offense? I would like to continue to play in this server but if the admins are one way with the rules then it is hard to play one sided. I know that all of you don't push etc. or work the rules for your angle but this one did, I wasn't in the game long enought to get his name he booted me very fast so I can't tell you who it was but the date of it is 01/12/06 at 11:10 pm eastern time.

WiH tag wearers are NOT admins. Admins are WiHA or WiHO and several that don't wear admin tags.

That being said, there is NEVER a reason to TK. And as its been addressed several times, no one owns any particular equipment.

It might have been an auto kick, in that case you had more than one TK. I didn't see any kicks or bans since earlier this evening. One of the owners can look in the logs better than I can.

We do not have any rules against pushing. Is it a shady move? Yes. But unfortunately does not break the rules of this server. Team-killing, however, is against the rules. If an admin actively banned you, then he'll post here. If you were only kicked and not banned, then consider that your warning against tk'ing.

That's cool just felt like I had to air it out, I know tking isn't right either and I know that but was just frustrated after waiting etc. and like I said it seems to be happening more and more but it's all good now I feel better lol.
