Stick with it dude. I TK 3 people a night on FF and its always an accident. Last night I plugged Filthy in the head. Its always followed by " Geez Im sorry man...." Which is true, I am sorry, but it doesnt matter how long you've played or how skilled you are, you are going to TK. Matter of fact, last night I was so bad, I had to have some long time War is Hell gamers come to by defense to insure some new people that I actually knew what i was doing ( which was a lie, I dont :P). Anyhow dont give up on the FF, just concentrate on the red/blue text.

While phyx and jeff may be the king of camping, I am probably the king of TK'ing/team flashing/team nading. BUT I'm getting better with my little mantra. "Shoot the _______ pants"

And play more on the FF on server.

I wasn't complaining. I'm having a great time. That's why I didn't post it in the complaints forum. Now that I know it's an auto boot I'm all good and thought it was just game talk.

I also know I will be a gun rushing, bullet soaking, uber-nube point man for the foreseeable future. LOL

I do have a question though. My team lights up with the red/blue text, but the enemies have no ID at all. Is that supposed to be that way on this server or do I have a button switched the wrong way?

I moved the original post from CS forum to Complaints forum b/c I wasn't sure if atomicbob was banned or not or if he's complaining or commenting. Thanks Groovy for moving it back after figuring out the intent of this thread.

The name tag is meant to be like that. It's designed to reduce Tk's and allow enemy campers to hide in the dark without having their tags pop up when people scan with the reticle.

The other bad thing about the FF sometimes is when you are aimed and firing at someone with, Let's say a TMP, and someone moves into the line. Then, you feel bad when you TK someone, like FiLTHY. :hehehe:

The "avatar thing" is a simple thing to solve. Just go to "your account", "your info", scroll down to the bottom. There you should see "avatar control panel", click on the "show gallery" button, pick one you like, click "submit", and viola! You now have an avatar. And if you ever make a custom avatar just go to "upload through machine" find it in your files and "submit". Hope that helps.
