Well, I geuss I got banned the other day for something. Must have been a BAD word or TKing. At least that what the sign on message says.

Geez, ya know....couldnt help but notice all the helicopter and jet whoring...gee, I dont see anyone banning/kicking them.

Ever notice its the same people, over and over and over the get the same damn vehicles? Yeah, sheeeesh, but I got banned for probably giving someone well deserved lip action.

No sorrys from me.....but I love this server.....but geez the admin(s) really need to work on some self control/policing.

Anyways, let me know when I can come back. Happy Fraggin.....

Although we dont condone aircraft whoring, and in fact discourage it, there is no rule against it.

I was on when you said racial slurs..

Zero Tolerance policy on that.. as a matter of fact... its rule number 1

The BF2 server rules

- No racial comments. None what-so-ever. Kick/ban as appropriate.
- No excessive foul language. Once or twice is not excessive. More? Kick/ban.
- No tk'ing under any circumstances. If you witness an intentional tk, then please ban immediately. If you receive complaints from other people of Tk'ing, check their score first, if negative then kick. DO NOT BAN unless you have pretty damn good evidence of intentional TK'ing.
- No team-wounding, damaging team vehicles. Kick is appropriate.
- Spawn camping is NOT an offense on our server. Do not kick/ban players.
- Players abusing other players. Warn/kick.
- Stats exploiters - Immediate ban.
- Griefers - These are the tards who'll cause players to tk them accidentally and then punish the players. Ban them.
- No clan recruiting on server. Warn/kick.
- Commanders may not fly, drive tanks, etc. Warn/kick.
- No LOCKED one man squads when the maximum number of squads have been reached. Warn/kick.

Hey, appreciate the response CHAOS and SnAkE. However, I need to make a few things clear.

1) I admit it, I made ONE racial slur, [boom xxxx]. It WAS NOT intended as a typical degrading racial statement or remark. I DID NOT point out or state to a particular person about thier racialand/or ethinic background. BUT, I did make it a point, it very "street" type words and/or slang, to let a particular player(s), know that they are not so l33t and that they got severly owned (like a red headed step child) {Oh God, I said something about red headed people, now what?}.

2) I infact think that, besides the fact of the street slang that I threw out, that WiH member and or members got so humiliated from thier own disastderous play, that it lead to this ban. Aww, whats wrong? Cant tale a little lip action, or the fact that even WiH members or Admins, take thiers in the ass occationally too?

Look, I enjoy the server. It was one of my favorites and I even made it a point to join this site, but I think its completely rediculious to be kicked/banned for street talk (aka talking smack, in complete GOOD spirit). Like I said before in the initial post, you guys got ALOT of self control issues to resolve, and quite frankly, some admins that need some serious mentoring. Sheeeeesh.

actually.. it was not reported by anyone wearing WIH tags. I was there..watching everything going on and i see that "smack talk" as you like to put it.

Has nothing to do with your gameplay or how good you are. It has to do with the rules. Kids play this game, true they may see or hear smack all the time but it doesnt need to happen on our server.

I was not watching you in particular, i just saw the text and thats all it took. If your a skilled player then great.. but it had nothing to do with that. it all came down to rule #1.

Enjoy playing on the other servers you mentioned.. i do not even see them listed in the top 500. I look at WIH server @ #3 and smile knowing that folks are liking the job we do here.

Get this CHAOS, wake up little fella, for your info...those servers that I listed are well known and I'm certain YOU know it. Just proves that while WiH server may be a fair (pardon that, used extremely tounge in cheek, by NO means are they fair) to play BF2, it is poorly admined. You hear it ALL THE TIME. But thats OK, I take it as truth about you.

No prob, I just sent a lengthy email to EA about this. Though they may not do anything, I did get a response that they will look into it. What will happen? Eh, probably nothing, but that will be another complaint about about the bullshit of your precious server. Believe me, there are way more servers of both fun and action play.

I'm sure you changed your tone in the email to EA. You seem very disrepectful, and that might weigh in on peoples opinion at EA.

I know this is a violation of the rules of this board, but WTF can EA do? Nothing, this is WiH's server, they can admin it any way they choose. This is one of the most well admined communities I have every seen. They are fair, yet just. Good luck finding anywhere better to play, you won't find it.

Listen here ass. Your unhappy because you were banned... for racist comments. Now, if you learned how to read, and perhaps correct grammer and spelling, you'd realise by this point that our server has rules. You didn't follow the rules of the server, so the admins banned you. Instead of coming here and pleading your case you act like your Johnny Badass and that you can talk to anyone however the hell you want. So you copped an attitude and the admins refused to life your ban. So then your gonna whine to EA that you got banned? Don't make me laugh. In fact if EA even had the power to do anything, we could just submit this post as evidence.
