I just downloaded the new CSS update and your server has been running since before it was released so no one getting on can join cuz they have to DL the update! So restart em and download the update!

It is working fine for several people on the server including me and I got the update.

the exact wording is
[TEMP] Your version does not match the servers. Please restart the game.

and i have restarted the game....and my computer...still same thing...wats goin on here guys :(

Doesn't look like a server issue to me.

i opened steam, it updated the platform. i came back to actually play about 20 minutes later and as i launched css, it updated again. every server i try in game gives me:

just checked the steampowered forums and it looks like there are a portion of people experiencing the same problem.

maybe its a valve problem and the screwed up again on something by probably rushing it...well i hope it gets fixed bc sadly i dont know what to do with myself right now haha...

Dangit I can play HL2 and HL2 Deathmatch fine but I am havingt he same problem. And seriously replaying through HL2 can only entertain me for so long and well HL2 Deathmatch never was entertaining but anyways I hope they fix this soon cause I need my CSS. :wallbash: :yuck: :thumbsdown:

yea there was like the big update..then a lil one after for some reason...i guess you guys didnt do the little one...

Yeah sorry guys I tried to login after backing out and it truned out that Valve had done and additonal update and we had to do another server update. Thanks Groovy.
