We're proud to bring online our newest server for Special Forces. Here's the info:

Currently, we do not have in-game VOIP working yet. I will be working on that after work today and will post back as soon as it's available.

VOIP is now online for SF server.

If you patched BF2, then install SF. You'll need to repatch.

EA's got their head up their ass again.

Bottom line, install SF. then patch.

If you need to download the patch go to filefront.com i downloaded at about 350 kb/sec, instead of that ridiculously slow speed on eagames!! :hump:

If I don't have the special forces expansions do I need to download the patch still. I was just playing on the server. MY question is, since I don't have SF yet, do I need to download the patch to play on WiH

I downloaded it from EA it was supposed to install the patch with it but when i went to play SF it told me that I had an older version!!!
All I had to do was download the patch separate again and run it and it works fine!!!

For some reason my VOip doesn't work... I might be doin something wrong but I didn't hear anyone else really talkin :dunno: Also, I can't bind Left Shift as my crouch button, which really pisses me off. It says there is a duplicate in Helo controls but there isn't :upyours: It really throws me off in the middle of a gun fight cause I'm so used to that being my crouch button. Stupid EA and their buggy games

jekyll: I got that in BF2, with the plane, I wanted to use the left ctrl. th egame said it was already used, for on foot jeah! not in a plane!

I actually figured out how to fix it. You have to find the controls files in the setting folder. In there you just have to delete the "left shift" line from the helocopter controls. There are like 10 different controls files... I just got mad and started deleting all the "left shift" lines, and it worked :dunno: My VOip still doesn't work though
