Heh....so Sunday night, on our way home, the bf and I decide to stop at Walmart to get a movie or two. After looking at the selection, we decide on 'Not Another Teen Movie' and 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'......since we were both fans of the older one and haven't seen the new one yet.

We didn't get a chance to watch 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' until last night. And all I have to say is...

They phucking RUINED that movie. I mean...it absolutly S-U-C-K-E-D!! The ONLY good thing about the movie was that Johnny Depp was in it. And omg the phucking oompa-loopas. Why did they have to change the songs??? I was perfectly happy with the gay songs from the first movie....now they have them trying to be rock stars??? Not to mention the one guy that played all 500-zillion of them was butt-ass ugly.

So yeah...we got sooo phucking owned when we spent $20 on that movie. Just all-around horrible!!

Johnny Depp was good though...I love him in quirky roles...hell, in any role for that matter. :wow:

If you ever have a chance to buy it.....DON'T!!! It's a complete waste of $20!!!

Yeah, it was pretty bad. But then again, Tim Burton isn't known for being great at re-makes(Planet of the Apes anyone?). Corpse Bride was a lot better.

The movie was pretty bad, but I actually liked the oompa loompas. Johnny Depp sort of reminded me of Michael Jackson, he was just sooooo creepy.

I watched this movie under an "altered" state and was convinced he was going to do something "odd". tooooooo creeeeeepppppppyyyyyyy fffffoooooorrrrr mmmmeeeee.

Because it was like 12:30 in the AM and all the movie rental places were closed....plus we were almost an hour away from home so even if the movie rental places weren't closed...we weren't gonna run a whole hour away just to return a movie.....

O-M-G!! I'm sooo glad I'm not the only one who seen that!! Haha!! The FIRST thing I said to my bf when he came on in the movie was, "Is it just me...or does he really look like Michael Jackson??"

I think they made it out to be that way though... :jerkit:
