Here's the new guideline that I have given my admins regarding spamming. This is what they'll be using to judge whether someone is spamming or not. Note that inappropriate discussions of "sporking someone's mom" is still inappropriate and will be treated accordingly.
Player is alive:
1. Repeated text/voice banter on non-game related stuff. Makes it hard to read/hear real info regarding the current game.
2. Repeated swearing, censored or not.
3. Any kind of singing/howling on voice chat.
Player is dead
1. Repeated text swearing, censored or not.
2. Any kind of singing/howling on voice chat.
