WoW: So i got the game...

now what? what would be the best server to start on, and should i go alliance or horde?

i want to pick my classes myself, but i would like the above info if only that i'll be able to party with some people that i know.

I am on Maelstrom Alliance, so is Prowler, we are Alliance I am only 11, so you can catch up to me pretty quick, or I can help you out... also on Wildhammer, Horde, I am only like level7, but want to remake, and they have a Guild over there as well. Prowler and I are going to start one over on Maelstrom, and I want to make a hunter too!!!

everyone goes horde, i think on every server horde out-populates alliance. besides, aesthetically alliance is better. besides, im on alot and got no one to parter up with cause i can never find gorro...lol

i think as alliance i want to be an elven druid (cliche i know), the class looks really interesting and i don't feel like going straight warrior or spell caster.

as horde i really want to try out either an undead warlock or an orc shaman. i'll let ya know what i pick once i decide.

I am ALWAYS on TS, just grab me, I saw you last night, but you was in the PnP channel, so I left you alone, I tend to pop around and chat :music07: with everyone, so I am in and out, rarely in Wow, cause they are all talkin about stuff I dont do.

You really need to check your facts before posting crap like this. ( dont take that too harshly) On 99% of the servers Alliance outnumbers Horde 2:1. Hence, the whole "blood elf" good looking toon crap that is coming out with the expansion. On my server, Alliance outnumbers Horde 3:1. Something like 15370 players to 4990 players.

The funny thing is, Horde wins 99% of the Battleground games. Quality over quanity I say.

Yeah, the numbers are always in favor of Alliance... and most Alliance players tend to be noobs IMO.

okie dokie, on maelstrom i made a night elf druid, lvl 5 named Bloodmaster (i'm suprised it wasn't taken like in almost every other game.)

Most of us are on wildhammer as horde(boo on the alliance :D ) I have an NF hunter on maelstrom. Not sure if I'll play it much. :thumbsdown:

do not forget you can be a druid on horde also

i have characters on multiple servers the ones i actually play are
wildhammer monos(Undead Warlock) and monosjr(Orc Hunter)
maelstrom monos(Human Palladin) and monosjr(Dwarf Hunter)

i plan on being an orc shaman on wild hammer. i'll probably start it once i get the hang of the game, and then switch back and forth depending on my mood or if i get stuck on one or the other.

Its true that on almost all servers alliance has a 2:1 or 3:1 population over the horde, and they do win most of the BGs, on my normal server its nearly impossible to organize people, but if you individually show effort in BGs, its a great way to make friends.
