Replace existing PS with a 580 Watt Antec PS. opened and replaced stock fan and replaced it with a high RPM Thermaltake fan,

Hey master,
I have a very similar Aspire Chameleon 550watt PSU that I have been wanting to install the very same 120mm Thermaltake high RPM fan I have lying around. What was involved in taking out and replacing the stock fan in your PSU... do they have the same connectors or did you have to find an alternative way to connect it? Please let me know, I've been dying to do this!

Anyway my PC is as follows:
Raidmax storm ATX 847 (black) awsome case!:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?Submit=BROWSE&Category=9&manufactory=1622&bop=and&page=2

Dual CRT Monitors: 17' and 19' so I can monitor teamspeak, and PC stats on one side, and play battlefield on the other.
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2 ghz OC'ed to 2.4 ghz cooled by a thermaltake Tower112 with dual 90mm high rpm fans.
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard
1 gig of dual-channel Corsair value-select ram (its cheap but it works damn good).
Asus Nvidia Gforce 6600 GT OC
Aspire Chameleon 520 watt PSU
9 aux fans - 11 total: 1 120mm front, 2 80mm back, 1 80mm top and side, 1 80mm helper fan for northbridge, 2 exhuast fans mounted be video card, 2 90mm fans on CPU heatsink.
NEC DVD-RW

PCI Slot fans for Video Card

Make sure that is you have one of the vent fans that take up a slot to move it 1 slot away as if its on the video card there is no air movement from it you may feel some air from the vent in the back but its not rally doing anything.... Just my .02 cents

I prefer the 64bit for gaming, playing same game on p4 2.8 and amd 64 3200+, you can see the difference (same ram, vid card, and hdd).

I have a p4 2.8, amd 64 3200+, and the newest : amd64 x2 3800+ dual core, 3 gig ram, ati radeon xpress 200, 78 gig 10k raptor hdd.

I plan on oc'ing the cpu and gpu when I switch cooling solutions this next spring. I have no need imo currently. I run all current games just fine with most of the bells and whistles. And yes, I do use a trackball. Have since my Quake days and have always used them for gaming. It's a thumb trackball and I know very few other gamers who can even use it. Guess that makes me a little
