Civ 4 comes out at the end of the month of October

Any Civ fans here? I intend to get the game. I have been playing Civ since Civ2. Will anyone here purchase the game? The developers have built the game with multiplayer in mind & there are different types of multiplay that seem interesting. Although i have only played the previous 2 incarnations sp only I am looking forward to some of the multiplay options available
