They fail to put one variable into place. The ability to shoot through bulletproof glass. That is the only reason I got the M95 and have no regrets. I've been able to shoot the pilot from the BH a few times and even shot the pilot off the cobra while he was flying a few times as well. I like the chart though. Wish I had seen it a lot sooner when I was barely getting lance corporal so I could've had a better gun rather than the L85 lol.

the l85 is the medic gun right? if it is, I also unlocked that gun, but I regret it, I think I would rather unlocked the elite unlock. and its getting ages before i'm getting corporal... and now I arent allowed playing bf2 for a week because of my parents its not helping:P

I agree as a sniper your role is more a intimidation tactic than flat out killing. If you rake up kills they will soon flush you out. It becomes a matter of knowing when to pull the trigger.

I am learning the craft and it's and art to stay hidden and move about. The problem is with the maps we have most of the good sniper points are known. I have found a few diamonds in the rough tho.

The main issue I have with the damage thing is it's unrealistic. If I shot anyone in the chest with an M24 sniper rifle they would be done with body armor or without. You're done. The comment about the .50 cal being the only weapon with armor piercing ammo was wrong too. They have 7.62 SLAP or Sabot Light Armor Piercing Ammo and AP in 5.56MM. Spec ops are the only dudes I know who use the 5.56 AP.

I liked his dedication to the craft tho very good info. So basicly you get an AP bonus with the M95. The question is, is it worth it? To me it's not because I don't snipe alot.

And I agree the L85 and the M4 can be brutal snipe weapons on semi auto. Even the good ol G3 packs a wallop at a distance.
