FPS tweaks...do they help?

i have used many of the suggestions found in the FPS sticky in the forums here i they definitely help

They do if your FPS ever drop below 60 (which for most people is often). 60 FPS is the key, anything less you'll be choppy, anything more and your just bragging about it.

I actually used the ones from the link ^^ and I will say it helped me a little it wont work miracles and some things will be missing (plants for example in office are gone) id say I got a 5fps increse which is pretty nice on a map like chateau where in the water if there is a gun fight i drop into the 9's so it now runs around a 15 depending on amount of guys.
