I've updated the server to latest version. Also:
1. Turned back on server uploads so that you guys can use your latest sprays. Will turn off in 1 week.
2. Turn off in-game ranks but left statsme enabled for hitbox stats collection for PsychoStats
3. Turn off hack detection announcements.
