i found mice poops (think: hanta!) on my kitchen counters yesterday.
this made me very, very angry.
i set out a glue trap on the counter after dinner.
about two hours later, the bastard came out for a nice almond butter glue treat.
its always a little disturbing when these really cute mice are stuck like quicksand and just staring at you, and squeaking their life stories at you while you contemplate whether you should hit em with a blunt object or just bag and pitch em.
6 down. x to go.

[edit: i did not create the site above.]
OMFG The glue stuff is soooo cruel. Seriously, go get the snap traps, swipe peanut butter in the back, and they'll go out quick.
Except one for us...
It got snapped right in the middle of its back and it looked dead so I threw'em in the garbage, but then he started to 'swim' with his two front legs. i felt bad :( Put'em in a ziplic and popped his head w/ a hammer :(
STILL A LOT BETTER THAN GLUE-DEATH

yes because the mouse being toyed with until either being eaten or frightened to death is so much more humane! not that i give a crap about some filthy disease carrying vermin one way or the other.

No problem until the cat puts a dead mouse in your bed/shoe or what ever as a gift to you. i used to have a lot of cats and if they like you they will bring you dead animals as gifts....

must be something wrong with my laptop it does double posts sometimes at work? Wierd!
Monos! you posted tha talready
But you're right, we actually got two kittens now and they made their first kill not too long ago. We found a dead youth mouse int he kitchen floor -- no visible signs of injury, musta gotten scared to death.
Anyway, yeah... I got a few more mouse horror stories. Another one that was bad was i heard a trap go off at night -- but it struggled. I mean it musta went on forever. I felt bad, went in there to finish it but it stopped moving, so I was like "ah well"
Went to sleep, woke up and went to take it out, and it moved when I did! I felt soo bad :(
Shoulda off'd him anyway the night before :(

Monos you already posted that
well, you see, I have 0 mice in my house, and my cats are only indoor cats, so yeah... no problems here, but I guess it is just as fun to open up your snack cabinet and finding mice poops there... makes you wanna dive right into that bag of Lays :hehehe: the only time in my life when I had that problem was with my outdoor cat, and she would bring them in ALIVE, squirrels, chipmunks... mice... I wanted to kill her!!!

hey! at the same time, my reply was also doubleposted and i did NOT hit submit twice. i deleted my second doublepost.
incidentally, your response, my response, and kernel's response all came in at the same time. you and i had exact same symptoms.

I love the anti-mouse propaganda. Really liked the BFV style, “your leaders do not love you GI”

At least your cat's left it in the kitchen. My cat would leave the mice floating in the toilet, or under my computer desk. stupid furball :wallbash: Oh yeah, almost forgot, or he would leave the mouse laying in the bathroom, with its guts hanging out for some reason. And all of them had the head missing. Evil cat..
