So at long last, when you see us both on at the same time, there's a good chance we won't be in the same room anymore!
Here is my prediction:
In four or five days I'll go over to his house and find him slouched over the keyboard, pale white, hair all crazy, starving to death. He won't even turn around to look at me. He'll mutter something about how he needs Mountain Dew and gesture to a pile of about 100 cans of it sitting next to the computer. Then he'll collapse.

Ok, I need something straightened out.
What is the Father Goose / Mother Goose relationship?
Is that a husband wife deal or what?
I've been trying to figure it out on my own for months, thought I had it, and now this messed it all up.
:dunno:

We are best friends. I am married, he is not. We have been buddies since we were around 17.
I am named Father Goose after the actual movie "Father Goose". It's a very funny movie starring Cary Grant. In that movie (set in World War II), his character is assigned the sarcastic radio call sign of Mother Goose. So that's why he's called Mother Goose.
What's odd is how often Father Goose and Mother Goose are already taken!
