One of my customers(insurance Customers) was in War of The Worlds, small parts, but still, he didnt talk either, he was in it. His father owns a company that does surveying and what not, and happens to be friends with someone, who knows Steven Spielberg, anyway he got the role, and now he is selling his house(the son) to go after an acting career in California!!! Way Cool...

www.waroftheworlds.com

go to the photo gallery called photos, from top left, count 3 over including the first one

it shows Tom Cruise holding his daughter and the closest guy on the right with a shaved head his my customer, it is a little fuzzy, but that is him

thought I'd share

edit: I also wrote insurance for a high profile Golfer once, at my last job, never met with, always his accounts/wife, but that was cool...

this job has its perks!!!

wait wait wait. So this guy has a non-speaking role as an extra, and now he's selling his house to pursue an acting career? Call me conservative, but that sounds ridiculously crazy.

not really... 1st) he has Steven Spielberg on his resume
2) little crazy yes, but very ambitious

and he has an in, like I said the guy who got him in knows Steven Spielberg, which is a huge plus for him

would I do it, not sure, but he is young, single, and has a chance, lucky him, plus his dad his pretty damn rich :yaya: i am sure that helps... and I believe he is an only child...

I totally agree with this statement. My old friend Hess boxed Cuba Gooding Jr. in Pearl Harbor. He did NOT quit the Navy. Even though he has Michael Bay on his resume.

I was an extra in Major League. If you look closely, you can see me in the stands when they were doing the wave.

I've had a couple of roles. You might know me as JOHN HOLMES. Oh course the rumors about my death have been exaggerated.
