You can take that story one of 2 ways:

1)He was so out of shape that sitting at a desk was too much for his heart to handle and it gave out

Or

2)He took the game so seriously that his heart could not handle the strain and it gave out

So in conclusion he was doomed long before CS took his life. I dont know about any body else but if I ever got to the point where I was sweating bullets while playing this game either from stress or being out of shape I'm hitting the gym with a bottle of Prozac in hand.
