Let's have a government plane fly circles around Houston on 9/11

A large NASA test plane circling the city caused concern among the citizens of Houston on Saturday afternoon, September 11. Officials at Ellington Field and Bush Intercontinental Airport confirmed this was a NASA test plane and there was no reason for concern. Texas City Emergency Management said the plane, which was flying at 50,000 feet and circling the city, is used to do earth surveys, air samplings and test maneuvers.

I just figured when I saw it that A.T.C. was having him do that. We were in Montgomery, Tx at the Brookshire's just watching him fly around while we waited for my friend to get out of the store. I'm pretty paranoid but I was sure if it was an issue that he'd have been a fireball before all those contrails built up.
