I've already played it, and it's absolutely fantastic as far as I'm concerned. It retains the amazing atmosphere and gameplay of the first game while introducing top notch visuals.
Love it.

Pre-ordered the full game months ago, but now I'm really pumped for August 24th.

I'll have to check out the demo too. Last week, Xplay was showing footage of this game when they interviewed the developers. I thought that the environment and ambiance was all wrong. The city looked modern with large wide streets, big buildings, but with people who drives 1950's cars...

No man, the atmosphere is spot on.

Check the demo out on PC, BTW... you'll get much better framerates

That is a fun demo! 10mins of freeroam gives you a good taste of whats up. Those cars are mostly boats though. :lol: I died a few times missing a turn and going headon into a barrier.

lol yeah, I did that a bunch of times.

It's the details and atmosphere that make this game. Just love it..
