For those of you confused by the kitchen references...

I went to Drayu's house to help him redo this kitchen. Instead we got side tracked installing an H50 cooler. But we had a few problems...

First I had to buy a new case, my old on only had 80mm slots and the cooler runs a 120mm...

So we bought a case, I liked it, nice quite fans, good working space, or so I thought... The side 230mm hit the H50 Radiator. What ensued was a Dremel assault on the case door and one unfortunate fan housing.

The end was worth it though. I ended up with a Push-Pull system on my radiator. with my CPU running a good 20-30 degrees C cooler than with the stock kit. My GPU is also running a good 5-10 degrees lower (during 100% load) as well! And that is just from the improved airflow in the new case...

Now we just need to get on with the kitchen before Mrs. Drayu gets home!

What cased did you end up with? I can't tell by the photos which one it is.

The case is a Thermaltake V90. 2x 230mm (one on top, one on side) and 2x 120mm fans (one front, one back). Over all I like the case, it's just not compatible with a H50 water pump without modding the case...
