I'm sorry if this is a little off topic but which states allow you to purchase a handgun at 18? I thought you could not buy a handgun or ammunition for it until you turn 21. Thats the law in Wyoming I thought that it was a federal law that states that.

Well to get back on topic your 21 you should be laying in a gutter by the end of the night passed out and wake up wondering what the hell happened last night. But that was just my 21 so each man to his own I guess. But anyways happy 21 man enjoy it this is the only night where you won't have to pay a dime to get drunk in a bar if your male.

You can have a handgun at 18 in Florida I believe. Im not sure if its required, but you can also get a license for it by taking classes. And a concealment license with advanced classes.
