I know some of you guys are professionals and probably use business cards. Was curious if anyone can suggest a good inexpensive online source, probably want to start with just a few hundred cards.

I've interned for two idiots here in town that have run their computer shops into the ground, and I'm wanting to start a business of my own. We have two shops left here in town, one is run out of a pawn shop that I keep cleaning computers up from, and the other wants to mostly focus on his wireless ISP service. The guy from the pawn shop actually uses the geeksquad menu for reference and charges just a third less then them.

Plus it would be nice to have more than $400 a month to live off. Social Security Disability is rough to survive off of.

Did great last three months and one pc this month.
Hit and miss.
Did do a basic website this month. Salesman got half the check.

That was more my partners shop then mine. When your town has almost a 40% unemployment rate you can't charge $65 a hour and expect a lot of customers. People found out the guy two doors down was charging a flat rate of $50 for labor, and that was the end of it. He's the one that wants tof focus on his Wireless ISP, and even said he'd send us his business if we changed our rates. But my partner was to ignorant and wouldn't let it happen.

Yep flate rates work for me. $25 to show up $75 max(+parts). I always take the pc home and fix them at my leisure.
If someone wants me to sit there and let them look over my shoulder I quote them $25/hour then say about to start a scan which takes 1.25 hours on average.
They are like go ahead and take it home.
People think PCs are cheap do to OEMs like dell and there years of ads for $300 pcs. Then people think that since it is a computer and is so smart it should run perfect without any maintenance or help.

I fix them and show them how to maintain it and never see that pc again unless the owner does something really stupid.

Malware delivered by facebook gives me most of my work LOL.

I had mine made in a printers inside a Walmart. It was like $20 for 250.

I told them what I wanted and they did the rest.

Every now and then you'll see coupons in the newspaper and elsewhere for free business cards. I got a set of 50 from Staples, no charge.
