Smoke Grenades

I don't know if anyone remembered playing rush with me sometime yesterday "Rooch", but I was spamming some smoke grenades out there. I used them for covering bomb plants and bomb defuses. I was also using them for covering an advance.

Did anyone find it harder to shoot me or the people inside the smoke after it was down? I thought it was fricking sweet how thick the smoke was and was wondering just what other people thought about how useful it is. I love it.

I know I squaded with you a few times Ruci, and I loved the smoke. I don't have mine yet on my assault kit, I don't think (been working up engineer and recon) but I liked em. :D

I like putting them on my UAV and using them for advancing troops.

Rooch was a great squad leader! And Filthy is my new prime target in counter-sniper.

Smoke worked great to cover, though when the bombs got rushed by the opfor, I couldnt see anything, so it was down to spray & pray.

We had a good sniper war there too redish. You would kill me as i was killing blackhawks. I would then switch to sniper to kill you. Harass you with mortars and pot shots, and the occasional headshot.

Are they better than in beta? I haven't used the assault smoke since then as they provided minimal cover and dissipated extremely fast. I'm all for smokes if they're better. Especially late game when all the cover is asploded.

I didn't use them at first but found out they are not just smoke.
They are a regular nade with smoke. So they kill also.

You can kill someone if you direct hit them with the smoke grenade by pure kinetic force similar to the point blank noob tube since it doesn't explode in a certain radius. I haven't seen it through explosion.
