I say get it from the storefront ASAP. I think you may not get it right on that release date and i know sometimes UPS gives me packages as late as 7pm if they're busy. Do you really want to wait until late in the day to play?

On a side note i picked up Napoleon Total War to play to tide me over.

I believe that's only for 360/PS3 versions. The PC version is out March 5th

I ordered mine from Steam and it's telling me I get it on March 2nd.

Nothing official on a Steam Pre-Load. Just rumors at this point. One of the digital distribution places has a preload confirmed. Direct 2 Drive will start to preload on Feb 28th and the game will unlock at 10am PST March 2nd. Although it does say that could be changed without notice.

I'd imagine Steam will get the preload details hammered out shortly. They had the same 'mystery' surrounding the Beta details. Would be nice to have it unlock at midnight but I hate driving around in Chicago. Granted there is a GameStop within walking distance, I also hate the rather high sales tax this city has so I purchase few things in Cook County.

I remember Amazon had a pretty neat thing with some games. You could select release day arrival for shipping. They shipped it before the release date and they got me Batman right on time.

I recvd an email from EA Store 7hrs ago saying mine was shipped. The tracking number doesnt show were it's at but does say it was shipped via 2nd day.

I know i am going to pick this game up tomorrow but i have feeling that this game is not gonna run very well on my machine..if I want to run game in advance..i am gonna have to kill my sound process in order to play this game...most likely i am gonna have to return this game...and get it on PS3..sorry guys..I know i was looking forward to play this game with you guys on PC but..i don't want to upgrade my PC just to play this game. i am fukcing mad at DICE/EA for having requirement for multi-core cpu just because of there sound BS!

There's a forest night map. :) :) :)

Rush and Conquest as well as some squad against squad game modes. Squad rush is like the beta with less people. And there is a squad deathmatch that has four squads and one fighting vehicle on a large map. First squad to 50 kills wins.

And yes, there are different sound settings to choose from.

There is already a large download version change. It automatically updated as a clicked on the icon to start the game.
