That's PS'd. the pulling of the skin is the legit, but the eyes were moved and their original location touched up.

Definately PS'd. If you look at where the eyes SHOULD be you can see re-used textures.

This is very simple Bob. Just look at the eyes, the left eye is on the right and the right eye is on the left. Look at the outer edges of both eyes, you can see on the extremes of both eyes is the part where the eye crustys are when you wake up.

I'd also like to point out that the eye on the right was placed too far to the right and the edge is floating on his hand. Sufice it to say, your optic nerves are not long enough to do that and maintain sight. Although on a related subject, Ripleys believe it or not here in the Wisconsin Dells has video footage of a weightlifter who found that when he lifts his eyes pop out of his skull (mind you not that far but certainly out of their sockets.) Very feaky. One of you google masters, like Saur, might be able to find it on the net.
