I read a rumor it will give you the M1 Garand in BC2 if you have enough vet points. I have seen nothing official that backs this up though.
**Heh, and my 1942 CD Key has already been claimed? Funny, I bought it the 1st month it was released.. 8 yrs ago. No clue where my Vietnam disks are.

Yeah apparently 1 veteran point unlocks the garand in bc2. It even says that you get it if you become a veteran in the game itself. (In game req for the garand) Apparently 2 different registered games = 1 veteran point. Unfortunately BF2 and all its expansions/add ons counted only as one game for me.

so I don't think it is a fishing site because I logged in with my EA log in and never had to register on this site. All my info was already there. I just emailed EA support about my keys already being in use. We will see what they say.

the fucks... i actually found all my 1942 games and addons... :bs:all cd keys already claimed it says:bs:... wtf over... not like it matters but pisses me off none the less..
ill never find my bfvietnam case. 2142 account must be something wacky because it wont take what i put in.
so out of all the bf products i own.. (which is all but bc1 console) , i can only register bf2 and addons. bs. that was alot of waisted time to see it not giving me credit for this stack of bf games i have sitting here.
i want a garand unlock early.
btw, redish and i were being dorks and analyzing the the picture of the garand in the ingame list. its not a garand. look hard. it looks like they took a springield 03 that they stuck the upperreceiver of a garand on top (the part with the metal showing.. chamber, breach etc.)
the furniture and barrel and lacking gas tube are all '03. they should be a little embarrassed. all of the free modders got it right. how are they going to pass that off as a garand. what redish and i looked was the garand/springfield '03 monster...
