Semi-auto fire?

I can't seem to put my AK or whatever Assault-class rifle into semi-auto mode. It is always on auto. I'd be like :minigun: when I really want to :sniper:

Anyone have any ideas?

Click the mouse slower LOL

the way on BF2 was to select that weapon on the number select even thought you had that weapon.

That didn't work for me in BC2... and I ended up just carefully clicking the mouse. 2 shots to take down those pesky snipers...

Yes the good thing is it is easy to go easy on the auto mode, the key is to make sure that you let the barrel stop moving before firing again. For me even when I had the person in my sights it would still miss until I let the barrel come to a complete stop.
