alright guys, i need to take a poll, monos brought up the fact that Heat would be a good addition to the team and convinced me to ask everyones opinion. As you know, i want to keep the group small and i am currently neutral on the matter. So i want everyone to post their positions on how big they want the clan exactly.....because at some point, we will have to close it for awhile or else it will get out of control (like some other clans are). just post with how many slots we want open, minus the one for Ral. I believe we have 10 official members now, so its time to decide....

I say 10 is good, atleast for now, maybe in a little while if someone drops out or something we can look into adding another guy or 2 but 10 seems like a decent size.

thankyou everyone for your input, and i happen to agree with all of you, sorry monos, but we are going to remain at a small clan of 10 people. and for now i reserved that last spot for Ral. So if in a few weeks he decides to absolutely not join, then we will open up to recruit one last member

i understand that one i have a four yr old, but sorry i missed practice went car shoping ( mine died on me ) 5pm is normally good for me but thats close to when im getting up (work nights) so im not always up to par but the practice time is still ok with me. but if its changed i can go later but not earlier.

hey guys im sorry to say this, but i dont think i can make practices very often, i just got a job thats occupying over 25 hours a week, besides school so i barely have any time. It is understandable if you want to boot me out of the clan for this reason, just let me know if thats the case. If not then thanks for understanding. well ebs, there is a thing called real life and i think we all realize that...that said, maybe when we start going over strategies and whatnot, a few of us can do a side practice type of thing when you are free to go over what you miss....

as you can tell ebs, i really dot want to lose you, as you were with me and blood since the start, and i bet everyone feels the same, so im sure we can work stuff out :D

hahaha what did you think ebs, we would just say meh and allow you to cut yourself lose, i dont think so...i try to act like im a decent leader and i try to take charge...in doing that and watching how other events have developed over recent time, ive come to understand that the members of this clan cannot be taken for granted. each and every member is valuable and has something to contribute to the team, of that im sure. this goes to all of you, even to our new guys, i love playing with you all and i will try my best to keep everyone happy and make this the clan to be in. I dont want to lose anyone of you over anything, we are a team! ;)

life does get in the way and considering at this point we are not competing we are merely a group of players that are building a reputation as one on the better clans on what is clearly the best server i have found to play on. i think it would be wrong of any of us to expect someone to put their personal life second to a game, no more how much this game rules it is after all just a game. if we do grow as a clan to a point where we are competing that would be when we would have to get a higher level of commitment, since competition requires a monetary commitment as well as time. but after what i have heard from the guys on this server about CAL i am in no hurry to play on CAL.

BTW everyone needs to read the post concerning language. server owners have mandated that language violations are minimum 1 day ban. decision is objective based on context and the admin. but if we refrain from typing in curse words altogether and stick with milder language in voice chat we will be ok. I banned some fool last night because after warning another player he typed a string of words that were unacceptable, i guess to see what would happen.

6pm est works for me. We could even go to about maybe 7pm est. Those are the best times for me to get on. Let's get everyone else's input on a new time for Sat. Oh and I'm pretty sure were still practicing on Wed, it is our "unofficial" practice day. Unless somethings changed.

hey i was just talking with jeff (dave) today, and it got me thinking. it might help us function better as a team (and bond as a clan) if we all knew each others first names. i think some of you might have told me earlier, but i forgot. if you're so inclined, post it here or pm me and i'll make a list for myself so i don't forget. i think that the best way for us to have fun together is to be comfortable with each other and joke around and stuff (like the DF guys and DHR), and the first thing i think that will help with that would be real names. any thoughts and or names please post replies :thumbsup:
