Yeah, it is Vista, but if you need an OS, this is a DAMN good price!!! I never had any problems with Vista on any computer I ever used it on, I just got a GREAT price on Win7...so I upgraded!

Okay, so yeah. People have bitched about Vista for sometime now, and yes Win 7 is out, but for $60 (price reduced) you can't go wrong! Honestly I have NEVER had a problem with Vista, I just upgraded to Win7 because I got a PHENOMENAL deal on them!!!

These are FULL versions, not upgrades!
