Playing a medic on "Strike at Karkland". I went to hit the key for the medic bag, and instead accidently pressed the key for grenades. Oops. If anyone of the SEVERAL people I T/K'd read this, it wasn't intentional.

After that, it was Miller Time(tm)....

That's happened to me too. The two keys are side by side and in the midst of a major battle it's just too easy to select the wrong thing.

Ah jeeze, at least I know i'm not the only one. I did this earlier, tossed a grenade and TK'ed two people instead of healing. Of course I apologized and still got punished, but thus is life. :wallbash:

I did this in strike at karkland as well. We were MEC and there was a support guy all by his lonesome holding down the main road leading into the city. He was hurting pretty bad so I threw a medic bag to him. I stepped back and was ready to move on when I noticed he was hurting again. I went to give him another medic bag (while being shot at) and mistakenly tossed a grenade. He must have seen it, because he turned around and just kind of stared at me like "Why are you doing this???, I thought we were friends?". The blast killed him, injured me, and even though I revived him, docked -4 from my points. :thumbsdown:

Gotta be more careful with those weapon select keys. :wallbash:

ROFL, reading that made me laugh so hard... and it made my entire day. :)

I have done the exact same thing during an artillery barage. I was jumping and throwin nades. Guess the admins had a laugh at me or they'd ban me for sure. :roll2:

You should throw the bag wheenver you can. I for one prefer the bag over you healing me. The bag is much faster. I can't afford to stand there to be healed. I just want the bag on the run. :)
