Ok, free may be a bit of a stretch but it's damn near close. I have three copies of Borderlands that I'm "giving" away. (www.borderlandsthegame.com (http://www.borderlandsthegame.com))

Here's the deal:

1.) They're on Steam so you need a Steam account
2.) You need to make a donation to WiH of at least $10, right now
3.) FCFS (First Come, First Serve)... only three copies to give.

That's it. Make a donation, PM me the receipt and your Steam name and I'll send you a copy of Borderlands.

wow, you guys are all too nice. i would be slapping down some cash to support the community and be walking away with a brand new game... and one that might be the sleeper of the season. while you are posting someone else is going to get it. i didnt leave, im still watching this thread. kinda like a horse race where all the horses stopped to eat some grass...

I was wondering, if characters are stored client side, how would you play the same character from more than one computer? On the same note, isn't it relatively easy to hack client side characters which would end up in a detracted multiplayer experience?

yeah, the more i see vids and tv commercials the more i want the game. i saw it was 4p coop, which sounds fun to me. i dont want to irritate that director-bot. i hope to have the game close to release date.
