Banned 10-2-09 Please read.

I was banned 10-02-09 9oclock approx.

This is what happened.

We were at Ingom Farm (Op. Purple Heart) I spawned in the back field (where the tent is) I take two steps and i get popped by my own team member, practically killing me. Out of anger and frustration I shot him. His name was Lord Beer. Ive seen Lord Beer around these parts ever since ive been playing FH2. I would think by now he would know the difference between his own team member and the enemy. In Op Purple Heart its very clear the difference in uniforms.

Anyhow he shot me and no doubt now it was probably and accident. Being only human, i got pissed off and shot him. I said in conversation even before i was BANNED! that i didnt want to argue with him (he was clearly pissed off now) and that i was sorry for shooting him but to please watch where he is shooting.

If you record the logs you will be able to see the conversation between us. It was civil and i was apollegic. There was a total of three <TNT> members player playing in War is Hell at the time, we actually helped get the server started tonight. I'm a mature and strong player, I dont really dick around in FH2

Also after the altercation i preceded to play, i saw a figure in a farm house door way but partially concealed. I was 100 feet plus out. i took a shot, low and behold it was a teammember. So now it looked like i was going TK nuts. I wasnt by any shot. I was number 1 in points at the time and would have finished so. So really why would I go nuts and start shooting people for no reason.

Please forgive, I hope Lord Beer understands and whoever must review this.
All in all I am sorry to have shot him right out. Vengeful justice at the time. I plead insanty and wish to be aloud to play again on War is Hell.

I was not the banning admin, but only because someone else beat me to it.

I understand your frustration in being TK'd....goodness knows it happens alot to me.

The big difference is, that LordBeer didn't TK you on purpose. You did TK him on purpose, by your own account.

You did not argue. You were not rude. Unfortunately for you there is ZERO tolerance for intentional TK's...... even if "they deserved it"...

As I stated before you were not rude, and admitted what you did. Personally, I would like an assurance that this behavior won't happen again...by you or your clan mates. If that happens, then a 24 hour ban seems appropriate...with the understanding that if it happens again with anyone from your clan it is permanent. Of course, I am not the deciding authority on this particular ban...the banning admin will have to respond.

We all get frustrated with new people learning the uniforms, teams, etc.... Help them, don't tk them. We were all new once.

I most definently will not TK out of anger again. As for accident TKs like the shot in the door, well shit happens and i do throw out my sry or sorry when it does happen. Thats understandable as a casualty of war.

All of <TNT> guys that were playing tonight are all mature players 25+. We will not force TK.

He has no idea about what.

He was banned at the same time as me. He has no idea why he would have been banned. It was mentioned earlier in the post, about banning all of <TNT> members from WiH. Was this the case? He is 45 or so i seriously doubt he would mess around.
