My eldests Boyfriend and his brother came back from overseas, it was an awesome party, i remember him when he was dropping out of High school to join the army, young and pudgy *LOL* (he is the one on the right, his brother is on the left holding his daughter)
he does not like to talk about his tour and is not resigning, his brother is resigning and going to afghanistan.
either way a welcome home to them... it is fairly strange to think of them as vets (purple heart too) at such a young age when they could have been partying!
muchos respect to them both, and of course a weary eye on him coz he IS dating my daughter :D

July 25, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A Chicago area couple celebrated 25 years of marriage with a present they prayed for: both of their Army sons have returned home safely from combat.
