ok, im the one that posted it. i dont like these shows, they arent my thing... no disrespect meant to any fan.

however, a particularly validating and nice moment happened for a person several days ago. its not only fantastic to listen to, but great to watch. it can be viewed in HQ. i saw it mentioned this morning on the news and thought i would google it and im glad i did.

it was one of those nice moments, my fave part was looking at simons face, i know that feeling tho especially if someone does not seem to fit the mould, the funny feeling inside.... still had a wee bit of the accent in some of the words, i wish her all the luck in the world i am sure there are a few musicals with her name on them somewhere

interestingly she could make a career being a curtain singer, like they did with audry hepburn in my fair lady, she did not sing just acted (shame she was a good singer too) and also in some productions where the cast/lead cannot sing (either through lack of talent/illness or it would be impossible in the role) like a live understudy... though really there is no reason why she cannot be a good performer anyway she is outgoing and not really that shy

Hah. I love how the "beautiful people" sneer at her at first because she's not one of them. Idiots. She's got more skill and talent in her little finger than all of the so-called "music industry" combined.

The whole reason they were surprised is that they've completely bought into the music industry lie with all the photogenic "singers" who've had more body work done than a car that's been in three wrecks. Too bad all those "singers" lip-synch their performances and have to use pitch correction and other studio tricks to sound halfway competent in their recordings.

She's a great singer with a top-notch voice. I only wish that people would watch this and realize that she puts the lie to the music industry.
