So who here has the PKM? I'm close to Corporal unlock, only 8000+ points to go, so I'm trying to decide if the PKM should be the next weapon I unlock.

it better than the basic LMG's but i stopped playing as supportnext time we are in a squad we could switch somehow

it sucks in my opinion but there a lot of people who disagree with me. Is it just me or does it seem like all the unlock weapons are worse then the origanols.

What I've noticed from playing on servers that have everything unlocked is that the guns are just different. It took a lot of playing to get used to all the new guns, even the sniper rifle.

I found with the sniper that I had to shoot at different times and point it at different spots on the body to get the same kind of hits. Dunno, haven't unlocked any weapons since I've been playing on ranked servers....

I'm a big support player... and I unlocked the PKM with my first unlock.

That being said... I wish I had chosen something else.

I disagree only with the fact that the DAO-12 is FAR superior to those crappy sub-machine guns. Those crappy things do like 20 damage a hit but have the accuracy of light machine guns.

DAO-12 is VERY nice. I unlocked the PKM, and it is okay. My pops has been playing on my machine and unlocked the Jackhammer. I tooled around with it the other day as I play engi alot and thought about getting it. All I can say is that thing rocks! My favorite of all the unlocks so far, but as I seem to be one of the very few who like the shotguns, I guess most people wouldn't like it. The only thing that scared me was the description saying it took forever to reload. However in practice I don't know how they came up with that as it is definitely faster to reload the jackhammer than the regular pump shotties. All this to say: Yeah I wish I'd unlocked somthing beseides the PKM

I love the jackhammer.. it is truly wonderful compared to the regular shotty.

however, playing in cal, you play on unranked servers so unlocks really mean nothing /cry ><

As long as those unranked servers don't turn off unlocks you can still use them.

Yeah, no leagues are going to allow unlocks because it's stupidly unfair. This is compounded by the stat padding cheaters out there. A clan would just have to rent a server and hop on and knife/shock people until they had all the unlocks.

Having league global unlocks enabled would promote that lame crap.
