Battle Battleship!

Title a little misleading? Maybe :)

SO. I would like to run a little battleship battle using BF1942. I really miss the big guns and battles of the cruisers and pt boats along side the battleships and subs.

BUT, while we could just load up a BF1942 map and do this, we also get everything else that comes with it. I would like to create a custom BF1942 map for this purpose and then run a Battleship battle Community night.

SO....anyone interested in helping me bang out a QUICK mostly water map for this purpose?

I know! I can see a huge water map with few islands and loads of ships/subs/cruisers/pt boats!

Three men to a ship to operate properly. I may throw in one island flag with planes....but I don't want to get out of control. I first have to remember how to map for BF1942...then I can go nuts.

i call a pt boat... i miss the subs too... yes to naval combat. i cant find my disc though and its not installed.

There was a thread to play it a while back and there was only 2-3 interested including me.

This was my first online game!

I assume we will be using the game patched up.

I have found my mdf and mds files I made but they would only let you join one server and had to restart to join another server.

PS I found my knife island map.
