i know i lived there for 20 years, unfortunatly i moved to chicago, which is not much better *L* seriously i remember old ladies getting sued by armed robbers becasue she used a kitchen knife to defend herself when je smashed her door window and was fumbling with the lock!

and people living near soccer stadiums were forced to remove sharp objects ( spike barbed wire, broken glass set in concrete from the top of their garden walls ( most of which were at least 6ft high) because drunk retarded hooligans who tried climbing the walls to cause damage to the property were getting injured and hurt.

I have said before i am not a gung-ho must have my weapons person, and i certainly did not feel threatend at all without there being a right-to-own-law in the uk, as i do not feel threatened now not owning a weapon in the US, (well okay the police round here scare me coz they are rather fuggin crazy but thats another issue *L*) but i certainly do not ssee the point in some of the most ridiculous laws that are created/upheld/enforced when it comes to home invasion and protection of personal property/space.

though a few 9 inch nails could really improve that setup :D

i would definately trade in a few guns for the right to booby trap. there are lots of things you can do with nails.. thats right.
