So how many of you are getting it?

If you haven't read any of them, you should. They are not your typical "kids" book. If you've only seen the movies, you're missing out.

At some point, I might borrow the books from someone, but it just seems like a massive fad to me.

I am not a book reader, but I read them all. You really do miss ALOT in the movies, Alot of what you don't get is kinda the coolest part. The daily grind kinda stuff he goes through, and I can almost gaurentee that the movies will not do justice to the upcoming war in books 4 and up.
Anyway Mrs. PoopStick ordered me the special edition of HBP, Barnes and Noble said they mailed it yesturdday :yaya:

I am with Dinky, I dont really read alot of books, but I like to read these, My copy is sitting at the UPS dist. center about 5 miles away waiting to be delivered.

I wont be getting it brand new. They charge them outrageously because they know they can get away with it.


Im gonna wait a few months or borrow it from a friend.

I keep telling myself to get started on these books. I've intentionally avoided seeing the movies so far because I wanna read'em first. It's taken me so long cuz it took me a while to get over the initial stigma of "omfg harry potter r teh sampfag"
