Ha! Nope. The hot sauce is an offshoot of beer drinking.

As far as designing one, these took me a week or so. They have 7 big bundles of filters that come out with a crane type thing. The client didn't want to stand out in 120° Vegas weather and change them one at a time, so I came up with a way to get them all out fast so they could change them in the AC'd warehouse.
