Lack of Admins

After following the post that said how to get on the ranked servers, it has been about a week now and i find that there is a lack of admins on the TS server. Is there any other easier way on getting in.

There are lots of admins on TS from 4pm - ?? CDT. The problem is that with the current admin tool, we only have 4 admins with powers to make room and to kick/ban people. Once the full admin tool is available, you'll see a lot more admins available to make room and to patrol the server.

on TS look for the names with (R CA SA) or (R CA) they are usually Admins. I don't know if any of the (R CA) can do BF2 yet or not.

Not yet. We hope to have more admins by next week as the admin tool is going to be deployed this weekend.

I hope it comes soon.. was playing today (doing rather well) when I stopped in to repair my tank.. got blown up, went to wait for respawn, the spec ops guy loads the tank with c4, then steals it and runs over 4 people to get out.. then blows it up in the enemy base.. then repeats this..

very frustrating to be an engineer watching this happen

the only problem hamhawk is what this player was doing, while not the best use of a tank is not against any of the server rules. while it is not really fair to steal a tank while someone is repairing it, this is an action that is nearly impossible to administrate if you are on the opposite side of the tank the player may not realize you are there, and many other things make it hard to police any action like that. you can only hope that you can get on the opposite team and kill the players doing things that irritate you.

Also, you got blown up which really severs all ties with the vehicle and makes it really open game for anyone to take.

Yup, all fair game except for the running over 4 teammates to get out of the base. Even that could be "accidental" but it also becomes a self solving problem if he does it enough I believe? Isn't the team punish auto-ban still in effect?
