Wow, this game is gonna be really, really awesome. Me and Jin played it for a few hours last night, its so much fun. Expert is really intense. We're gonna be on tomorrow night most likely, so if anyone wants to join us lemme know!

Holy crap finally got to play the demo while not lagging thanks to a ram upgrade. The wife went "WTF is that?!" when she heard the witch howl at me after I pissed it off. :lol: Freaked me out that thing did. First time it went down easy, because of four survivors in a subway car directing M16 fire on it.

Second time it ripped my face off. Third time my pipe bomb missed and hurt my team badly, then a boomer projectile vomitted on me, got swarmed by the horde, and the witch tore my face off. Fourth time my team was at the end of the subway in the basement of the building with all the pillars when we got attacked by a horde, then a Tanker started rampaging and killed two teamates, and somehow we disturbed a witch that tore my face off while the tanker finished off my other teammate.
Fifth time I threw a molotov and scored a direct hit on the witch... which resulted in a flaming witch tearing my face off... The witch is EVIL!

If there is enough WiH interest, I'll pick it up. I've been playing the single player, trying to beat it on expert (only successful once so far). It's fun enough, but multiplayer would be much better - especially since you can play the zombies online!

The witches creep me out. Everytime I try to take one out, I get insta-killed. The only time I've successfully killed one in expert was when one of my fellow survivors startled her and all four of us opened up on her while running the hell away.

Smokers are annoying as hell, especially when I get dragged through a mob of zombies away from my teammates. My strategy for dealing with boomer bile is to retreat to a corner and starting blindly shoving everything that comes near me. I let my teammates do the actual killing. Also, pipe bombs are awesome.

If you melee a boomer right before you shoot and kill it, it doesn't explode and spew bile all over you.

At least that's what this one review vid by 1UP says.


Anyways, I'm not too interested in this game.
It'd be kind of fun playing as an Infected, but to me, not worth the $45 price tag.

I'm debating this game or fallout 3. Have some money to throw down and I really like the demo but I'm tempted by the really long game play hours of fallout 3. Damn these hard decisions.

Had a blast playing the demo with Nsane and Doctox earlier today. Playing through on Expert, getting brutally smashed into chunks of sticky meat by the Tanker zombie: "TANKER! RUN! RUN! RUN!".
We actually took out a witch on one run without losing anyone (close call though).

Only complaints are trying to find a server to play on is confusing and annoying, and the lag spikes in certain areas (the safe room that you start in in level 2:subway).

Playing with buddies on this game is the best. :D

Had some 4 player coop going on with zilong and two others and it was fun. I really think I might get this game because if I had that much fun on the same two maps I wonder what the rest of them will be like.

Hey Wibby, it was actually my roommate playing when you were on. I was standing behind him doing organic chemistry =P I'll actually play for real when Tuesday or Wednesday comes around, but yes, it is crazy fun, especially when 4 ppl know each other or are willing to work together.
